Children in Motomiya city, Fukushima playing in an indoor made sandbox.
This facility is called “Smile kids park” and was created in July 2012. The Reconstruction Agency claims the facility is aimed at providing much needed exercice to children, both from nursery and elementary schools. These children are stuck in limbo in contaminated areas and cannot play outside much; So this is the real life of a child in these areas … for 3 consecutive years!!
The sand is chemically processed probably to prevent dust inside the room.
“It’s over 1 microSievert/hour a meter off the ground almost everywhere throughout the town, worse than Chernobyl. This place should be evacuated.” – Bruce Brinkman
